ADA

Crushers Stadium is completely ADA accessible. The elevator is located within the front gates to the right, and services all levels of the stadium (ground level, concourse level, and suite/club level). Accessible seating is available behind select sections; please inform your ticket representative if you require ADA seating at the time of your purchase.

Advanced vs. Game Day Pricing

Save money by purchasing tickets at least 1 day before your desired Crushers game. Ticket prices will be slightly increased on the day-of-game.

Alcohol

Fans 21+  purchasing alcohol at Crushers Stadium must show valid ID at the time of purchase.

Autographs

Fans may ask players for autographs before & after each game. The entire Crushers team participates in Post-Game Autographs on the concourse level at every Sunday home game.

Bags

All bags/purses brought into Crushers Stadium are subject to inspection.

Box Office Hours

The Box Office is closed during this time in the off-season. However, the team store is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, where a front office staff member would be happy to answer any questions.

Non-Game Days:

  • Monday-Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM
  • Saturday (in season): 10 AM – 1 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Game Days:

  • Monday-Friday: 10 AM – End of 5th inning
  • Saturday: 10 AM – End of 5th inning
  • Sunday: 12 PM – End of 5th inning

Holidays:

  • Memorial Day: TBD
  • July 4th: 10 AM – TBD

Exchange & Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be offered. Unused tickets may not be exchanged.

Tickets to a game that is rained-out/canceled may be exchanged pending circumstances (*check Rainout Policy in FAQs).

Full Season, Half Season, and Mini-Plan ticket holders are able to exchange any unused ticket for any game “pending availability” as long as they notify their account representative prior to the start of the game they will not be able to attend.

Fan Services

The Fan Services table is located down the third base line on the concourse level.

First Aid

An EMT is present at each Crushers home game, and First Aid is located right across from the team store. Please inform the EMT or a Crushers staff member if you are in need of medical attention.

Foul Balls

Stay alert for foul balls at all times. Seats behind the netting are available in sections 106-112. The Lake Erie Crushers and City of Avon shall not be held liable for injuries or loss of personal property.

Gates Open

The gates to Crushers Stadium open one hour before the scheduled game time.

General Admission / Berm Seating

General admission seating is available for purchase. These tickets grant admission into the stadium, however they do not include a physical seat. The left field berm is available for seating: fans may bring blankets & lawn chairs to sit on. The berm is to be cleared before the 9th inning for any fireworks games.

Giveaways

All promotional items are limited to a first-come, first-served basis. All items are based on availability and cannot be reserved. One item per person, per ticket. No exceptions.

Group Ticket Payments

The deadline to pay off group tickets is 2 weeks before the day of your game. Contact your ticket representative to complete your payment.

Kids Run the Bases

Kids 12 and under can run the bases after each weekday Crushers home game (Tuesday-Thursday). Waivers must be signed by a parent/guardian to participate.

Kid Zone

The Crushers are happy to provide a Kids Zone beyond the right field fence. The Kid Zone costs $5 for unlimited use throughout the game. Waivers must be signed by a parent/guardian. 

Height Requirements: 36”– 54” for the bounce house & 42”– 54” for obstacle course

Lost and Found

The lost and found is located in the Fan Attic (Crushers Team Store).

Rainout Policy

If less than five innings of a game (4 1/2 innings if the Crushers are ahead) are played, your ticket may be exchanged at the box office for one of equal or lesser value for any subsequent regular season game. Subject to availability.

Re-Entry

Fans exiting must take their ticket with them if they plan on re-entering Crushers Stadium. Fans will need to show their ticket to a Crushers Ticket Taker in order to re-enter the stadium.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on either side of the field, on both the concourse level and suite/club level.

Security

Security personnel are on site at Crushers stadium for all game-days. If a situation requires security assistance, please alert a staff member or fan services.

Single Game Tickets

Single game tickets will go on sale in March!

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited at all times within Crushers Stadium. There is a smoking area outside the stadium, beyond the front gates.

Team Store

The Fan Attic is located behind home plate on the concourse level of the stadium. Crushers merchandise is available for purchase year round, in store or online. 

Ticket Age Requirement

Children two years old and younger do not need a ticket to enter the stadium (and will not have a physical seat in the ballpark).

Outside Food & Drink

The Frontier League and Lake Erie Crushers strictly prohibit any outside food or beverage to be brought into Crushers Stadium.

Video Board messages for special events can be purchased for $50. Please contact your ticket representative or call 440-234-3636 to purchase.
