9:30am: Introduction

9:40am: Stretch

10:00am: 60-yard dash

10:30am: Outfield throwing

10:50am: Infield throwing

11:10am: Catcher throwing

11:30am: BP

12:30pm: Pitchers live simulated game

1:50pm: Exit talk

2:00pm: Complete
