Born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio, Tom is a life-long baseball fan and thrilled to be part of the Crusher organization. He and his wife Jacqueline now live in Avon Lake, Ohio and you can find Tom at the ballpark almost every day working to make the fan experience better.
Born in Lakewood Ohio, Jacqueline Kramig is the Co-Owner of Blue Dog Baseball and the Lake Erie Crushers. Jacqueline graduated from Miami University and has been married to Co-Owner Tom Kramig for more than 20 years. Following a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, she now oversees several different aspects of the front office operation including payroll, insurance, team travel, and the host family program.
Bryan grew up in northeast Ohio and graduated from Ashland University with a degree in Public Communications. He’s worked for several sports teams in Ohio and Florida and helped produce consumer boat shows in northeast Ohio. He enjoys following all the local sports teams.
Born and raised in Ohio, Branden has an appreciation for good food & drink. After 20 years of successful restaurant experience, he is excited to use his knowledge in a new setting. Branden is a huge sports fan and loves cheering on his favorite Ohio teams. When not at the ballpark, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and their three children.
After (many) years in the corporate world, Ron retired in 2020 and went back to school to pursue a degree in Sport Management. In 2021, he became the ‘World’s Oldest Intern’ with the Crushers and midway through the season was hired as an advisor and consultant to the front office team. Ron spends the off-season in Florida while taking occasional trips to cold, snowy Avon to work on strategy for the upcoming season.
Best part about getting older: 7 grandchildren (4 boys, 3 girls)
Favorite ballpark food: anything that goes with a beer.

A Northeast Ohio native, Joe is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Hospitality & Tourism. When he’s not at the ballpark, he enjoys attending other sporting events and going downtown!
Fun Fact: I’ve been to two Super Bowls and one CFP National Championship
Lorain County Native, Alyssa is currently attending Grand Canyon University and is studying Business Management. She plans on graduating in 2024. When not at the ballpark you can find her playing volleyball or boating with her friends and family.
Fun Fact: Alyssa loves to travel and the coolest place she has traveled to is the North Coast in Ireland.
Mackenzie comes to the Crushers after two seasons as the mascot for the Washington Wild Things. She attended East Carolina University, where she interned in the Marketing and Fan Engagement department for three years. When Mackenzie is not at the ballpark, she is usually being walked by her goldendoodle, Riesling, or cheering on the ECU Pirates.

Northeast Ohio native, Alyssa is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Communications. When she’s not at the ballpark you can catch her at any local concert!
Tanner is in his first year of ticket sales this season. Grew up in West Salem Ohio, and he then went on to attend Baldwin Wallace university to major in Sport Management. He is excited to be able to start his career here with the Crushers!
Hunter joins the Crushers for his 1st season as Box Office Manager this upcoming season. Coming from Covington, OH, a small town just north of Dayton, he attended and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Marketing. At BGSU, he started his career in the sports industry as a Ticket Operations intern. Shortly after his graduation in early 2022, he then also worked as a Ticket Operations intern with the Cincinnati Reds. He is now joining northeast Ohio for the first time, and he is excited to be a part of the great communities in this region.

Jake joins the Crushers for his 1st season as a Ticket Sales Trainee. He comes from Rochester Hills, Michigan, about 30 minutes north of Detroit. He graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business. During his time at Michigan State, he interned at a local baseball league as a Ticket Sales/Marketing intern. He then interned with the Detroit Lions as a Security Administrative Assistant, before finding a position with the Crushers. This is his first time in the northeast Ohio area, and he is excited about his new opportunity to be a part of the team.

Julia is from Findlay, OH and graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Sport Management. During her time at OU, she interned with the social media manager for the club hockey team. When she’s not at the ballpark, Julia enjoys finding new coffee shops and spending time with her grandparents.
The Crushers friendly mascot, Stomper, joined the team on opening day in 2009 and has quickly become a fan favorite at Mercy Health Stadium. The big gray bear loves Crushers baseball games and can usually be found on the field between innings participating in fun contests with fans. When not at baseball games, Stomper enjoys reading, long winter naps and buffets! You can usually find Stomper traveling around the area on appearances. He loves making new friends!
Tom has been the Crushers’ Master of Ceremony since the 2016 baseball season. The former Managing Director of Huntington Playhouse in Bay Village has entertained audiences both as a performer and director in over 300 productions. He has also done extensive work for WVIZ-PBS as on-air talent. He and his wife Laurie produced local cooking shows for the WVIZ-PBS pledge drives. Tom also worked on-air for the Cleveland NPR radio station, WCPN, during their pledge drives.

When not working a gig, Tom enjoys spending time in the kitchen where he and his wife cook meals from her extensive cookbook collection.
Bull joined the Crushers prior to the 2011 season. Barch served seven seasons in minor league baseball as a radio announcer, and director of media relations.
Barch then spent the following six seasons (2004-2009) with the West Virginia Power, a Class-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates (‘09), Milwaukee Brewers (‘05-08) and Toronto BlueJays (‘04). During his tenure as the “voice of the Power”, Andy called over 800 baseball games, including the 2009 South Atlantic League All-Star Game. He called two South Atlantic League Championship Series in 2007 and 2008. Barch also hosted a daily talk show titled “Bull on Baseball”. In 2009, Ballpark Digest named him the runner up for their Broadcaster of the Year Award. In addition to his duties with the Crushers, Barch also hosts an afternoon talk show on WEOL Radio.
