Born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio, Tom is a life-long baseball fan and thrilled to be part of the Crusher organization. He and his wife Jacqueline now live in Avon Lake, Ohio and you can find Tom at the ballpark almost every day working to make the fan experience better.
Born in Lakewood Ohio, Jacqueline Kramig is the Co-Owner of Blue Dog Baseball and the Lake Erie Crushers. Jacqueline graduated from Miami University and has been married to Co-Owner Tom Kramig for more than 20 years. Following a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, she now oversees several different aspects of the front office operation including payroll, insurance, team travel, and the host family program.
Greg has spent the last 30 years working in some of Cleveland’s best restaurants, such as Johnny’s Downtown, Washington Place and Cibreo. He now brings his passion for food and hospitality to his favorite pastime, baseball. Greg is excited to show off his love of creativity in the upcoming season with fresh and exciting ideas to make the game a memorable experience whether it’s a win or a loss for the Crushers. When Greg is not in the kitchen you can find him either mountain biking the trails of Northeast Ohio with his girlfriend Stephanie or shanking one O.B. at the local golf course. Greg and Stephanie live in Elyria, with her three children Haley, Hannah and Haiden.
D.J. started working for the Crushers as an intern in May of the 2015 season. He graduated from Northwood University in Midland Michigan with a double major in Business Management and Entertainment Sports Promotion Management. After finishing his undergraduate studies he went on to get his Masters of Business Administration from Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood Universtiy.
In his spare time, D.J. enjoys playing hockey and running with his friends. He was a two-time ACHA Academic All-American. He also placed in the GLIAC decathlon his freshman year of college.

Wayne interned with the Crushers in 2010 and is back after spending time with five different Minor League organizations in California, Alabama, Texas, and Ohio. After traveling the country the last few years, he is excited to be back home with family and friends in northeast Ohio.
Allison graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Marketing. She started working for the Crushers back in 2015 as game day staff and worked her way up to Box Office Manager in 2019, and now Promotions and Merchandise Manager!
Kyle is a recent graduate from Miami University where he earned a Bachelors’s Degree in Sports Leadership & Management. He hails from Union, Kentucky but considers himself a Greater Cincinnati native.

Justin Peck is a recent graduate from Notre Dame College (OH) where he earned a Bachelors’ Degree in Sport Administration and a minor in Communication. He hails from Cleveland, OH. Before the Crushers, Justin worked in both office and medical equipment sales.
Katelyn comes to the Crushers after spending time working in the sales department for the Columbus Crew Soccer Club. Before her stint with the Crew, she worked in Public Health and the tennis world as a USPTA Tennis Professional and social media assistant. Katelyn graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2015 with a degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
Patrick is a recent graduate from SUNY Cortland, where he earned a Bachelors’s Degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Economics. He hails from Rochester, NY. Before the Crushers, Patrick worked with the Rochester Rhinos (Soccer) and Laredo Lemurs (Baseball).
Bull joined the Crushers prior to the 2011 season. Barch served seven seasons in minor league baseball as a radio announcer, and director of media relations.
Barch then spent the following six seasons (2004-2009) with the West Virginia Power, a Class-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates (‘09), Milwaukee Brewers (‘05-08) and Toronto BlueJays (‘04). During his tenure as the “voice of the Power”, Andy called over 800 baseball games, including the 2009 South Atlantic League All-Star Game. He called two South Atlantic League Championship Series in 2007 and 2008. Barch also hosted a daily talk show titled “Bull on Baseball”. In 2009, Ballpark Digest named him the runner up for their Broadcaster of the Year Award. In addition to his duties with the Crushers, Barch also hosts an afternoon talk show on WEOL Radio.
The Crushers friendly mascot, Stomper, joined the team on opening day in 2009 and has quickly become a fan favorite at Sprenger Health Care Stadium. The big gray bear loves Crushers baseball games and can usually be found on the field between innings participating in fun contests with fans. When not at baseball games, Stomper enjoys reading, long winter naps and buffets! You can usually find Stomper traveling around the area on appearances. He loves making new friends!
