The Lake Erie Crushers have an opening for Corporate Sales Account Executive to expand our corporate accounts and drive revenue by creating and closing profitable corporate sponsorship programs. The ideal person will have excellent leadership skills, a proven ability to communicate at all levels within an organization and a strong track record of sales success. The right individual will be working with the management team to drive sales opportunities, develop long-term relationships with the business community and deliver a unique ballpark experience for fans of all ages.
Analyzing client needs and creating sponsorship packages that align with business goals and drive revenue.
Developing a strategy to identify potential clients, initiating and building relationships with corporate clients while maintaining existing relationships with corporate sponsors.
Developing and implementing sponsorship packages that attract new clients and cause previous clients to renew and/or upgrade their sponsorship relationship.
Managing cost, monitoring inventory and budget to ensure the best use of inventory and allocation of expenses.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to identify and prospect for opportunities that could yield positive revenue results and relationships.
Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business opportunities and implement recommended solutions.
Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work diverse hours during peak season is required.
2+ years of outside/corporate sales experience is required; experience in the sports industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related major is preferred.
