Cam Roth

From the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Cameron was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the 29th round of the 2010 MLB Draft as a left handed pitcher where he spent parts of three seasons before beginning his professional coaching career for the Schaumburg Boomers in Frontier League.

As a Bench Coach, Hitting Coach, and Pitching Coach, he was apart of back to back Frontier League Championship in 2013 and 2014. He then started his professional managerial career with the Lake Erie Crushers, During his tenure a manager, Roth led Lake Erie to a record of 197-187 (.513).

He was named Frontier League Manager of the Year in 2019 leading the Crushers to the Eastern Division title. The Crushers team ERA of 2.91 was the best in the Frontier league. Most recently Cameron was the Manager for the Gulf Coast East Tigers in the Detroit Tigers organization in 2020. In 2021 Roth managed the Gateway Grizzlies.  During his offseason Roth resides in Virginia Beach Virginia.
