Crushers Home for Three More

Avon, Ohio- The Lake Erie Crushers stay in Avon for another three game home stand to take on the Normal Cornbelters starting Tuesday, August 14th at All Pro Freight Stadium. All three games will start at 7:05 p.m. with gates opening at 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday will be Bay Village community day. Any resident from Bay Village will receive one dollar off a Home Box ticket. Also, select concessions items will be on sale for two dollars.

On Wednesday it’s Live and Die with the Crushers day. All Pro Freight Stadium will be a haven of healthy tips and snacks courtesy of the Crushers and Mercy’s physical therapist Heather Jennings and the French Creek YMCA.

Wednesday, fans are encouraged to arrive early at the stadium to Strut with Stomper. Fans will be allowed to walk laps around the concourse for exercise in a unique environment. Registration will start promptly at 5:15 p.m.

Football season is just around the corner. On Thursday the Crushers will be hosting a football frenzy. Fans are encouraged to wear their favorite football jerseys to receive $3 off a Home Box ticket. The 40 yard T3 speed challenge finals will be held on Thursday for any child that qualified in the dash on August 11th. The finals will be held on the field before the game and during the game.


The Lake Erie Crushers, the 2011 Frontier League Organization of the year, play ball at All Pro Freight Stadium, a 5,000 capacity stadium located in Avon, OH.  The Frontier League is an independent baseball league with 14 teams operating throughout the Midwest.
